The KSL MULTIPLE GUESS Official Rules 1. CAN I PARTICIPATE? This contest is open to all members of KillerSurfLinks who are sixteen (16) years or older as of November 22nd, 2000.membership form 2. HOW DO I ENTER? The KSL MULTIPLE GUESS contest begins at 6:00 P.M. PST on November 22, 2000. All you really have to do is complete the KSL KSL MULTIPLE GUESS entry formThe KSL MULTIPLE GUESS entryform 3. WHAT CAN I WIN? You can win either a Native Surfboard Sweatshirt or T-shirt. Prizes will be awarded on December 6th 2000. 1st Prize is a Native Surfboard Sweatshirt. Retail price $18.95 and 2nd, 3rd, & 4th Place winners receive a Native Surfboard tee shirts. $12.95 4. HOW DO I WIN? On Wednesday, December 6th, I will be reaching into the hat where I'll put all the names of members who guessed the question correctly. Then, I will be randomly picking 3 winners from the hat. Yes, with witnesses. Odds of winning each prize will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. 5. REVIEW CONTEST RESULTS. Periodically, I will post the number of contestants in the hat for you to check out the odds. 6. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Open to members of KillerSurfLinks.com. Void where prohibited. This contest is subject to all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations. By entering the contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and decisions by NETINSCO, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. 7. HOW WILL DISPUTES BE HANDLED? Each entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of Colorado; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
